The second summer holidays this year was three visits in Stuttgart, Solingen and Munich and Nürburgring training. Weather was mixed. Usually when in Munich we hike onto a mountain. This time we went to Walchensee power plant. I have spotted it the previous year from Herzogstand mountain.

The power plant
Is located between Walchensee lake and Kochelsee lake and uses a difference in Elevation of about 200 m (600 ft) and is a reservoir power plant
